Requesting a return

Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Proof of purchase and additional information may be needed. Return eligibility and instructions must be confirmed before shipment; an authorization may be required. Please do not send a return to an unconfirmed address.

Condition and packaging

Unless the return concerns a defect or another approved exception, merchandise should generally be complete, in its original condition, and accompanied by its packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components. Keep proof of shipment for any authorized return.

Product-specific restrictions

Eligibility can vary by product and manufacturer. Opened personal-care items, consumable goods, software, and other items with hygiene, licensing, or manufacturer restrictions may have different requirements or may be non-returnable where appropriate and permitted. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Report an issue promptly after discovering it. Describe the problem and retain the item, packaging, and shipping materials. Photos or other information may help us assess the issue. Instructions may differ depending on the product and the reason for the request.

Shipping costs

Responsibility for return shipping and the treatment of original shipping charges depend on the reason for the return and the approved resolution. Original shipping charges may not always be refundable. Confirm these details before sending merchandise back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where practical. Returned merchandise may need to be received and inspected first. Processing and the time for funds to appear can vary by payment provider; no fixed refund deadline is promised here.
