Descriptions, specifications, images, and availability are provided to help you choose products. Manufacturer information and stock can change. Images may be illustrative, and packaging or included components can vary. Ask questions about essential compatibility or features before ordering.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown separately at checkout when configured. Review the final total and available payment methods before submitting an order. Payment processing is not currently enabled during staging review.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request and does not by itself guarantee that every item can be supplied. Orders may require payment verification and availability checks. If an item cannot be fulfilled or an error affects an order, we will seek an appropriate resolution, which may include a corrected offer or cancellation and a refund of applicable amounts already paid.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Requests depend on the order’s processing and shipment status and may not always be possible. Cancellation or delay matters will be handled consistently with applicable requirements.

Shipping and returns

Website text, design, graphics, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. DKCNY and third-party owners retain their applicable rights. Browsing and ordinary personal shopping do not grant permission to reproduce or commercially reuse protected material beyond what the law permits. Third-party brand names identify their respective products.

The store may use or link to services provided by others, including payment and shipping services when enabled. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. A link does not by itself imply a separate endorsement or guarantee.

Errors and corrections

We seek to present accurate information, but errors or omissions may occur. We may correct website information and will address affected orders with customers where appropriate. Corrections do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
