Shipping charges and availability

Shipping charges depend on the destination, the products ordered, and the shipping options available. Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when shipping is configured. Calculated carrier rates are planned; live UPS rates are not yet enabled on this staging store. Shipping availability may vary by item and destination.

Order processing

Orders require processing before shipment. Product availability, payment verification, handling requirements, and order size can affect preparation. Review any processing or shipment information provided with your order; we do not promise a fixed processing period on this page.

Delivery estimates and delays

Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier capacity, weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances can affect delivery. If an order cannot ship as expected, we will communicate available next steps, including delay or cancellation options where applicable.

Separate shipments and special handling

Items in a multi-product order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Some products require different packaging or handling. Tracking details may be provided separately for each shipment when available.

Tracking your shipment

Carrier tracking becomes available after shipment information is issued. A shipping label may appear before the carrier receives the package, and tracking can take time to update. See Order Tracking for order-status guidance.

Addresses and delivery concerns

Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order, including apartment or unit numbers. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after processing or shipment.
